1. Some of the filters and atomizers are wet upon opening of the package. Is this common? Is there a way to prevent this?
     ---针对此问题，我厂首先会控制烟油滴入量---也就是 烟油滴在雾化器镍网上的量（加滴烟油，是为了测试电子烟的功能）。

2. The first time the samples are charged, they have different appearance in terms of the charging light and the tip of the cigarette light. Some of them have green charging light and red cigarette tip light, some have red charging light and red cigarette tip light, and some have green charging light and no light at the cigarette tip. After 5 minutes of charging, all of them have green charging light and no light at the cigarette tip. Which appearance is the normal functioning one and why they have difference appearance like that?
     ---这些都是正常现象，因为充电器 和电池杆 里面各自有控制线路 来指示充电情况。
     ---Some of them have green charging light and red cigarette tip light,这是正常的，说明电池已经快要充满；    some have red charging light and red cigarette tip light, 这是正常的，说明电池还没有充满；    and some have green charging light and no light at the cigarette tip. --- 这也是正常的，说明电池已经完全充满；     After 5 minutes of charging, all of them have green charging light and no light at the cigarette tip.--- 这是正常的，说明电池已经充满；只用5分钟就充满电了，是因为电池在出厂前，已经充过电了，如果电池耗尽后再充电的话，通常需要2小时左右。 

3. The client said that the 2 boxes out of 25 that are broken were not smashed or torn. It is just simply didn't work, totally dead even though they were charged. Could you please let me know how you will handle this situation?

      ---客户说2盒电子烟坏了---没有任何反应，可能是真坏了，一个简单的判别方法是：你用（测试过）一根正常的电子烟 ，拆开电池杆或雾化器，同你认为有问题的部件组合起来，看看是否还有问题，这样很容易判断出那个部件出问题了；当然也可能充电器有问题，同样你用一个好的电子烟来测试，就能大致确定充电器是否真的出问题了

4. When the cigarettes are sucked, 8 of the 25 have burning smell. What cause this? Is this considered broken? Is this dangerous?
      ---应该不会有烧焦的味道，有烧焦的味道，可能客户还不清楚使用方法，也就是抽烟时使用的是空烟弹（产品出厂时，雾化器上的那个烟嘴是空的---没有烟液的），所以要提醒客户要换掉空烟弹再抽。长期使用空烟弹抽的话，容易使雾化器烧坏，不过没有什么危险，最多是雾化器烧坏后不工作。

5. When the cigarettes are sucked, 5 of the 25 have liquid sprayed inside the mouth of the users. What cause this? Is this dangerous?
      ---电池没电的话，容易发生此现象；或者连续不断的使劲大力抽，也会发生此现象；对此我厂会适当控制注入烟弹里的烟液计量，以尽可能减少此现象的发生；由于烟液全部是通过FDA及SGS认证的，也就是说烟液是食品级的液体，客户完全不必担心有任何安全问题。

6. After 50-100 times sucked, the users complained that they have dry mouth and sore throat. Is this common?
      ---这种现象是可能的，尤其是烟液里含高尼古丁的情况下，此现象会更加明显； 建议客户选购薄荷口味的电子烟，这种现象就会大大缓解。
